4.1 Full delivery prices and options are listed on the CMI website or catalog and may change from time to time.
4.2 Standard Shipping and Premium Shipping orders will have "Next Day Shipping" within the continental US, provided CMI accepts the order (with associated shipping charges) by 8pm on weekdays (weekdays are other business days) Weekends and Bank/Public Holidays except), and no additional security checks are required and the goods are available. If an order cannot be delivered by "next day", it will usually be delivered within 5 days.
4.3 Offshore/remote deliveries will normally ship as soon as possible, but actual delivery times cannot be guaranteed and will vary depending on where the delivery is made.
4.4 In any event, CMI will use reasonable endeavors to meet estimated delivery times, but CMI will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by delay in delivery.
4.5 The risk of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery, but title does not pass until full payment has been made.
4.6 The use, storage and installation of the delivered goods is at the customer's own risk and Carinars accepts no liability for any damage, loss or destruction resulting therefrom. If the customer has ordered an installation/disconnection service, further fees, terms and conditions may apply as communicated to the customer by CMI prior to delivery.
4.7 All oversized machinery, refrigerated and flat pack shipments are delivered to the front door on ground floor locations only. The delivery person/driver may, at the discretion of the customer, assist in the delivery of the goods to a location within the premises specified by the customer, at the customer's own risk.
